There is a feature called Views that lets you customise the content you see on Fulcrum. For example, you can set up a view to display all the mail with a particular keyword on the mails page.

Views can be private – meaning that only you will see it on Fulcrum, or Public – meaning that everyone from your organisation who accesses Fulcrum can see it.

You can use Views to keep track of specific things that are important to your role within your organisation.
