You can see a list of all the Field items on a particular project with the help of the Field items tab on the Left Navigation menu. You will see the templates available for you such as Defects, Incidents, Site Safety Spot Check and so on.
You can search for the items, and filter based on the categories available.
To create a new field item, use the Lodge button, and fill in the template form.
