1. Tap on the Get Started button that you can see when you open the app for the first time
2. Login using your Fulcrum credentials
3. The Project Home, which has a list of all the projects you have access to is displayed
4.Select the field item you wish to fill out. Here we’ve chosen the “Permit to Work” field item
5.You will see the list of field item types available under that field item. Here we’ve chosen the “Hot Works” field item type
6.In the Hot Works field item type, you can see the list of items that have already been filled out or are in progress, and you can create a new instance of the item type using the “+” button
7.Once you select the field item type you want to fill out or edit from the field items list, you will see all the information that is associated with it that needs to be filled in
8.You can see the “Status” of the current field item, and collapse all the sections to navigate better. You can also see the status of each section, whether it is complete or incomplete in this field item.
9.Click the Save button at the top right to save all the information that you submitted
