How do I move a submission from WIP -> Shared?

  • • To send your Work-in-Progress artefacts to the consultants for acceptance, create a new mail from the sidebar or using the new mail button.

    • This opens up the new mail dialog. Here you can attach the artefacts (documents) you want to move to the Shared stage and fill out the details of the mail such as Discipline, Document Type etc.

    • For Workflow, when you choose ISO 19650, this workflow is triggered. When you choose this option, the default (and only) Response Required option is Accept.

    • Please note that you cannot start a workflow or save the mail as a draft if you do not attach a document to the mail

    • Once you click Send, the recipients will receive the mail that they can either Accept or Decline. If they Accept, the status in the Chronology changes from Pending to Accepted. This means that the submission is now accepted to be in the Shared stage and the workflow can continue.
