• You can only move artefacts in a submission to the Archived stage when the actions associated with them are completed. Once the actions are completed, you can move the submission in the Publish stage to the archive by clicking on the Publishing -> Archive link in the mail.
• You will be prompted to confirm your intent to archive the submission. Click OK.
• Once you click OK, you can see in the Chronology details that the artefacts in the submission are now in the Archived stage.
