  • When you receive a mail with an action, such as "Accept", "Approve", or "Acknowledge" you can now attach documents to actions before completing them, allowing you to respond to submissions seamlessly.

In the Action dialog that opens up when you are completing your action, you see the option to "Attach Files" in the menu at the top. On clicking it, you can select whether to attach existing documents by using the "Attach Existing" option or attach new documents by using the "Attach New" option.

In this example we show you how to attach existing as well as new documents to an action.

Attaching New Documents to an Action

    1) Click on "Complete Action"

    2) Select "Attach New" from the Attach Files option in the Action dialog.

    3) A Smart Upload screen opens where you can drag and drop documents, fill in the metadata and Upload the documents

    4) After you click Upload, you can see the list of documents that were just uploaded and verify that the upload was successful for all the files. Clicking on the "Attach Files to Action" button attaches these files to the action.
