What are actions in mails?

  • Actions are tasks that are generated when mails with specific response required values are sent.


    Actions can be one of five types – Request/RFI, Review, Approve, Accept and Acknowledge.


    Two action views have been set up in Fulcrum – Actions Required (contains mails that require actions and are within the mentioned due date) and Actions Overdue (mails that are overdue but require actions).
