1. Click on the mail for which you want to view the history. You can view the history of mails that are present in the ‘Actions Required’ or the ‘Actions Overdue’ folders.
2. Click on the Mail History icon to view the mail history.
3. Alternatively, you can click on the ‘(0 of 1 completed)’ (# of # completed) link next to the Actions heading. This opens the mail history as well.
