1. You can create distribution lists via the "Manage Distribution Lists" button available from the ITEMS ribbon menu while browsing Mail pages, or by using the Distribution List button from within a mail.
2. When you click on the button, the Manage Distribution List dialog opens, where you can click on the "new item" button to create a new list.
3. This opens up a dialog box where you can enter the name of the distribution list, the members who are to be part of the To and CC fields, and whether it is to be a public or personal list. Public distribution lists are available for use by the entire project team, whereas Personal distribution lists can only be used by those who created them.
4. The list is created and is available for use.
