What is an address book and how do I use it to email multiple people?

  • The Address Book makes it easier to select project team members when creating a mail. It is available when creating a new mail and is available in two locations as shown below.

    1. Create a new mail and click on the address book button.

    2. From the Address Book, you will see a list of all Project Team members.  You can use the search function to filter by organisation and find people.

    3. Select the people you want to send the mail to and add them to the 'To' or "CC' fields, and send the mail after filling in the rest of the details.
