  • Submissions on Fulcrum allow you to respond cohesively to queries made on deliverables by tying together information that is sent as a part of a deliverable package. For example, if you send some drawings for approval, and they are approved with comments, you can respond to the comments and re-send appropriate information. Fulcrum tracks the submission as well as all subsequent re-submissions.

If a submission via Fulcrum mail is issued with the Response Types ‘Accept’ or ‘Approve’ and the response received is one of the following “Accepted with Comments,” “Approved with Comments,” “Declined,” or “Rejected,” Fulcrum provides a “re-submit” option, which can be accessed via the Mail details dialog.

With the help of the re-submit button, senders can respond to the response given from the same mail, and the same mail ID and some metadata is preserved from the original making it easy to respond. With each re-submission, the ID is appended and incremented by a letter revision. For e.g. if 00654 is the original mail ID the submission IDs will be 00654-A, 00654-B, 00654-C and so on.
