Fulcrum lets you use pre-defined structured file names, or create your own to make identifying documents that belong to certain projects easier, and to enable efficient management of these. Whenever you upload or create a document onto Fulcrum, you can choose to use an existing filename, or create a new one that corresponds to the naming structure prescribed by your organisation.
The following convention is used to represent valid/invalid filename when you add a filename or upload a file:
Invalid Filename

Single match (Filename is correct and unique – Valid filename)
Multiple Matches (Multiple matches have been found for this filename – Valid filename)
