1. Download the document you want to make changes to. You can do this by clicking on the filename of a document.
2. Once you make the changes, drag and drop the document (without changing its filename) onto the same folder where the first version of the document exists.
3. Fulcrum prompts you to confirm whether you want to replace the existing version. Click on “Replace It.”
4. The file will be uploaded to Fulcrum and will be Checked Out to you. Select the file, and click on “Check In” from the options under the Files ribbon.
5. Select which version you’d like the newer document to be. Usually, newer documents are major versions, so select the “2.0 Major version (publish)” button, and click OK.
6. You will see that the file is updated to Version 2.0 on Fulcrum.
7. You can repeat this for as many versions of a document as necessary.
8. Alternatively, if you have an updated version of the document on your local machine, rename it on your local to match the Fulcrum filename. Then drag and drop it onto Fulcrum and follow the steps mentioned in this article to update its version.
